Cancellation policy

For Order-Taking Type Organized-Tours

Cancellations are accepted by email from the person who made the reservation.
Cancellations made after 4:00 PM Japan Standard Time will be processed as of the following day. (For example, if the cancellation email is sent at 6:00 PM on April 1st, it will be processed as a cancellation on April 2nd.)
A handling fee may be deducted by the credit card company, PayPal or bank when processing refunds. The refund amount will be based on the exchange rate of the day.
For cruise ship passengers: If the ship does not dock at Shimizu Port due to bad weather or other reasons, the full tour fee will be refunded. The refund amount will be based on the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed.
